Childline operates a 24-hour free helpline (116) and community-based drop-in centres providing telephone, online and in-person counselling to children and young people in Zimbabwe. Childline’s vision is for ‘A Zimbabwe that is passionate about the protection of children, championing, guarding and protecting their rights.” The report and support platforms allow children and young people to reach out for assistance, counselling and guidance. Trained counsellors are available to listen, support, and provide information on wide range of issues including abuse, neglect, child online violence, child trafficking and more.
