The Smile of the Child’s helplines are available to every child and adult to provide support in matters that concern them.  Calls to the child helplines are free from landline and mobile phones, and confidential.  The Organization offers 24/7 support by specialized social workers and psychologists via the National Helpline for Children SOS 1056, the European Helpline for Children and Adolescents 116111, and the Chat 1056, an extension of the SOS 1056 Helpline, offering 24/7 communication through messages exclusively for children and adolescents.  This ensures accessibility for children who may feel safer or more comfortable communicating their mental health struggles through text.
