See Soon Eng is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in business, financial management, and social impact. As the CEO and founder of Kwik n Ez Group in Malaysia since 2009, he has successfully managed ventures in milk tea, apparel, and express haircut services, leveraging innovative marketing strategies and community engagement. Under his leadership, Kwik n Ez has received numerous awards for its CSR initiatives in Malaysia.

In 2017, he co-founded See Production Studio, a pioneering theater company addressing social issues through impactful performances.

Previously, See served as Group Finance Manager at Kian Joo Can Factory Berhad, a leading public listed manufacturing company in Malaysia, overseeing financial operations and strategic initiatives for two decades. He also contributed internationally as Financial Controller for Live to Love International and the Pel Drukpa Foundation in India, managing financial operations for welfare and education projects.

In Malaysia, See has held pivotal roles in the Life Line Association of Malaysia, including Treasurer and President, leading campaigns to enhance mental health awareness and community well-being. Recognized for his achievements in social entrepreneurship, See is dedicated to advancing community welfare, education, and advocacy initiatives.
