LifeLine Across China is the leading English-speaking crisis hotline in the country, offering invaluable emotional and listening support, as well as referrals and links to community resources, for when you’re experiencing tough times.

In addition to our helpline service we work closely with other mental health professionals and organisations, schools, colleges and medical providers to continue to raise awareness about mental health. Through the delivery of workshops, presentations and the RUOK suicide prevention program around the country, we are helping to reduce the stigma about mental health, that can be a barrier to getting help.
